Phew, it's been a long time since I've written anything here. Anyway, I feel like it's time for me to take a short break from DA. I haven't been visiting the place much nowadays and I feel like it sort of lost its magic for me. Keeping this account up to date has become kind of a chore. On one hand, most of my watchers watch me for my Bleach fanart and now that I moved on from that fandom, I feel like I'll just keep disappointing them with my new stuff. On the other hand, I don't want to feel obligated to draw XY just to please my current audience.

Another thing: starting from 8th October I'll be working on my first ever paid art project, which is kind of HUGE for me. I feel like it's a good opportunity to start, uh, doing something with my art. It's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but it's a huge mental step for me.
I'm not quite sure where to take this whole art business, but first things first. I want to do my best with this project, then I have a small comic project to, let's just say, test the waters. I'll see where things go from there.

These things will keep me busy till December, at least. So come 2012, I see three possibilities: 1. I continue running this account as if nothing happen, posting fanart and the like 2. I move on to a new DA account to start afresh (unlikely at this point) 3. I move to Tumblr and let the weed take over this account till I figure out if I want to do anything with it.
